Everything you need for personalized cloud infrastructure

DevOps tooling for automated cloud infrastructure — personalized per user activity, with enterprise-grade security and collaboration.

Presence Detection

Trigops personalizes cloud resource management for each team member. The desktop app tracks individual user activity — when they start work, take breaks, step away, or finish for the day. Combined with work tools detection and schedule automation for holidays and work hours, your organization's resources are managed automatically based on actual usage patterns.

Detects 8+ distinct presence states including active, idle, locked, and screensaver
Work tools detection: keep resources running while your IDE (JetBrains, VS Code, WebStorm), terminal, or AI CLI tools are focused
AND gate logic: both presence AND work tool activity must be detected to consider you active
Desktop profiles: configure different thresholds for work computer vs. home computer vs. laptop
Each team member's activity is tracked independently — resources are managed based on their actual desktop usage
Configurable idle thresholds so you control when "away" begins
Runs silently in the system tray with minimal resource usage
Available for macOS and Windows with Linux coming soon
Privacy-first design — no keystroke logging, no screen capture

AWS Resource Management

Discover EC2 instances, RDS databases, ECS services, and Auto Scaling Groups across multiple AWS accounts and regions. Organize them by AWS tags or fixed selections and assign automation rules personalized per resource owner.

Multi-account onboarding with one-click setup — just approve in your AWS console
Automatic resource discovery across all connected accounts and regions
Organize resources by AWS tags (dynamic) or fixed selections (manual)
Assign automation rules by user activity or work-hour schedules
Per-resource configuration for pause, resume, and scaling behavior
State capture and restore to return resources to their exact prior state

Automation

Two independent automation layers. Activity-based rules pause and resume resources based on each user's real desktop activity — no scheduling needed for varying work hours, late nights, or different timezones per person. Schedule-based rules add cronjob-style windows when you want to force pause/resume at specific times for any resource type (EC2, RDS, ECS, ASG). Use activity rules for personalization, schedules for predictable windows — or combine both.

User activity triggers — pause resources when the owner is idle, away, or offline
Schedule automation — recurring work-hour windows with one-off overrides
Timezone-aware scheduling so teams in different regions stay in sync
Holiday calendars and iCal feed support to skip scheduled operations
Independent toggles for presence automation and schedule automation
Manual pause and resume operations available at any time

Organizations & Collaboration

Create organizations, invite team members, and collaborate on shared cloud infrastructure. Fine-grained roles and scoping keep everyone productive without overstepping boundaries.

Organizations as the unit of collaboration — invite, manage, and delegate
Built-in roles: owner, admin, operator_basic, operator_minimal, member
Custom roles with permission matrix — define exactly which actions each role can perform
Per-member AWS account/region permission boundaries (ABAC scoping)
Full RBAC + ABAC authorization model powered by relationship-based authorization
Share resource targets, schedules, and notification groups per-member with viewer/editor/manager tiers
Inter-organization partnerships — grant controlled access to external teams (MSPs, contractors, consultants)
Groups with shared target assignments for batch permission management

Notifications & Hooks

Stay informed about every automation event through email, Slack, and HTTP webhook channels. Group channels and attach hooks to specific targets for precise alerting.

Email, Slack, and HTTP webhook notification channels
Channel groups to fan out a single event to multiple destinations
Execution hooks that fire on pause, resume, and error events per target
Native Slack OAuth integration for one-click channel setup

Savings & Analytics

FinOps-ready analytics — track how much you save in real time with dashboards, charts, and leaderboards. Break down savings by account, region, resource, and time period to understand where your money goes.

Real-time savings dashboard with total and period-based summaries
Timeseries charts showing daily and weekly savings trends
Sparklines and leaderboard rankings across resources and accounts
Per-account and per-region cost breakdowns
Activity tracking for every pause, resume, and automation event
Target-level filters to drill into specific resource savings

Security

Trigops is built on industry-standard security primitives. Authentication, authorization, encryption, and network isolation work together to keep your data and infrastructure safe.

OAuth 2.0 with PKCE and OpenID Connect (OIDC) for secure, passwordless authentication
One-click IAM role setup — scoped permissions to discover and manage your resources. Revoke access in one click.
Temporary session credentials for cross-account access — no stored passwords, unique encrypted identifier per organization
Fine-grained authorization engine for relationship-based access control (ReBAC)
Multi-tenant isolation ensuring organizations never see each other's data
All sensitive data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)

Builder Experience

Trigops is designed for builders who live in the terminal and value automation. A lightweight system tray app, broad tool detection, and CLI tooling make it easy to integrate into any workflow.

System tray application with quick-access controls and status indicator
35+ work tools detected including browsers, IDEs, terminals, and design apps
Multiple detection modes — tools only, gate only, or combined
Desktop profiles: separate settings for work desktop, home laptop, or any device — each with its own thresholds and work tool configuration
CLI tools for scripting, CI/CD integration, and headless environments
